Frequently asked questions
How do I get Pro?
Pro is purchased in the MushTrack mobile app, through the App Store or Google Play. Your plan applies to your whole account, in the app and in the web panel.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. The store applies the change under its own rules, usually from the next billing period.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than 3 dogs, 3 stay active and the rest are marked inactive — their profiles and training history are kept, and you choose which dogs stay active. Your dogs, runs and teams stay in your account; Pro features such as the Garmin connection and full stats are paused until you renew.
Why does the price depend on my country?
We set prices for each market rather than converting one price by the exchange rate. The price shown here is for your country; the App Store or Google Play always shows the final price, including taxes, before you buy.
